You will receive an invoice for the registration fee of 2.150, - euro, per participant. This invoice must be paid within 2 weeks after registration / invoice date. Participants who register before 15 September 2020 will receive the invoice in mid-September 2020 with a payment term of one month. In case of registration within a period of 10 weeks before the project execution, the payment term is due immediately.

VAT will not apply. In accordance with the European tax regulations it will be shifted.

Your payment is your place guarantee.

Cancellation (always in writing) is free of charge up to 10 weeks before the trip. After that, a refund will be forfeited. Even in case of 'no show' you cannot claim a refund. You can always have yourself replaced free of charge by means of a written notification. The organisation has the right not to admit participants whose payment has not been credited to its account on time to the programme, whereby the payment obligation remains.

In case of illness or calamity as a result of which the quality of the programme can no longer be guaranteed, the organisation has the right to postpone the programme within a reasonable period. Registered participants can then decide for themselves whether they want to participate on the new dates or whether they should / want to give up participation. Waiving participation, in the situation mentioned above, must be done in writing (email), within one week after our notification. Any payments already made will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of this notification.

The above conditions and the cancellation scheme will then apply again based on the new dates.

Note: The outward and return journeys are not part of the programme and must be organised on your own initiative and responsibility. It is from central Denmark (Odense) about 7 travel hours by car. There are also possibilities by plane via Amsterdam or Dusseldorf in Germany and from there with a rental car to the hotel (approx. 1.5 hours). When booking travel, we advise you to use the refundable option or to take out a separate cancellation insurance in case you want or must cancel your trip for whatever reason.

After registration you will receive a confirmation and timely detailed information about the hotel in Aarhus and the travel possibilities.
